1. Services
North Central Tree Service LLC provides tree care and landscaping services, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, storm damage cleanup, and related services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility.
2. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information provided and a visual assessment of the work site. Final pricing may vary if:
- Site conditions differ from those observed during the estimate
- Additional work is requested or required
- Hidden hazards or complications are discovered during the work
- Access to the work area changes
Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work begins.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Property Access and Preparation
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to the work area
- Removing or securing personal property, vehicles, and pets from the work area
- Obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals (unless otherwise agreed)
- Notifying us of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features
6. Utility Lines
Work near power lines or other utilities may require coordination with utility companies. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning. Customers should call 811 (or the local utility locating service) before any digging work.
7. Debris and Cleanup
Unless otherwise specified, our services include removal of debris generated by our work. Existing debris, yard waste, or materials not related to our work are not included in standard cleanup.
8. Insurance and Liability
North Central Tree Service LLC maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
We exercise reasonable care in performing our services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions
- Damage to underground utilities not properly marked
- Normal wear to lawns or landscaping from equipment access
- Damage resulting from customer's failure to disclose relevant information
- Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
9. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. Warranty does not cover damage from subsequent storms, acts of nature, or third-party actions.
10. Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the website's operation
- Submit false or misleading information
11. Intellectual Property
